Sound of Resolutions

I’ve been making my small list of healthy resolutions (the psychology of resolutions is another post of its own). One I haven’t had to worry about in many years is resolving to exercise. Ahem… a few major changes in the last year have made making time a little more challenging. Building a business is exciting and exhilarating, but has changed many facets of my life. I don’t make it to as many cardio intensive classes. Or have time for an extended workout session due to balancing multiple roles. It’s a labor of love that called for adaptation with shorter, more intense workouts on time-challenged days. And learning to be happy if a workout consists of nothing more than a long walk with our dog. “Simply keep moving” has become my mantra.

Nothing keeps me motivated and inspired to move quite like music! My Christmas gift to you is a round up of 4 playlists, each about an hour in duration. Playlist screenshots are included you can order them in the way I’ve used them for running or spinning classes. Or make your own and share the final product via comments! I love learning how music has inspired other people. Music, my dog and my sanity/stress level maintenance are the three factors that keep me accountable to exercise – what are yours??  Sound of Resolutions
