It’s no secret I have a little crush on Paleta. So when I received an invitation from Nicole to attend the launch party of Paleta Pressed at the beautiful Shore Hotel in Santa Monica it found its way on my calendar immediately. No stranger to making my own juices, I could not wait to see what Chef Kelly Boyer and her team had created. The party was beautiful with the gorgeous juices – ranging in colors from citrus yellows and punchy reds to deep dark greens and purples – as the centerpieces for the party. The juices and “milkshakes” (fresh almond milks in vanilla, strawberry and chocolate) were all delicious. My favorites are the Kale Kooler, Pink Lemon-Aide and the Vanilla Magic Milkshake. My favorite offering in the packages is the ‘Sip til Supper‘ plan, in which you drink juices all day and eat a clean vegan dinner followed by a sweet treat.
Clean, healthy food to get you back in the balanced eating game. Kelly and her team have always focused on locally sourced, organic foods, which is important to me when paying for a premium gourmet food delivery (trust me, a lot of services cut corners…). There’s a big emphasis on self-care and the option to work with a coach while undertaking your cleanse for additional support (hooray!!).
