When I feel music is getting a little stale I go hunting for remixes and mashups. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill iTunes stuff – it’s the blog world, searching and sifting through the aggregators and individual sites. I used most of these tracks in my class this week for an interval ride, slowing down and speeding up with the tempo. Put them in any order you need for your workout and have fun!
