Eating healthy foods. Creating movement in your day. Stress management. A spiritual practice. Being creative. All these things are important for a long and healthy life. But there is so much more to life than these things. Going to the gym five times a week or eating a perfect meal 3 times a day means nothing without love in your life. We don’t thrive without love. The freedom to be in love and express that love is more critical to our longevity than any superfood or trendy workout.
The first video below moved me to tears, even when watching for the 4th and 5th time. The second video made me proud to be in a country with such an upstanding young man. Watch. Love. Learn. Grow. Advocate to make this world a better place. Love is love, abundant, beautiful and available for all. It knows no boundaries, race or sex. And it keeps all of us living life for one another, to our fullest and supporting one another in our more difficult moments.
