Congratulations to Christina, the winner of a box of these lovely pomegranates (you have to be a FAN to get in on the fun!). Wondering what to do with all those seeds? My recommendations include making this fantastic kale + pomegranate salad, tossing them into your morning oats, adding to a smoothie or just enjoying straight from the fruit.
