Facing the Fear

face-fears-inspiration-coaching-tumblr

This weekend – the past 96 hours have been a roller coaster ride filled with the sudden drop and  hairpin turns. The “ride of life” has prohibited a few posts that were intended to go live, but I trust you’ll find plenty via guest posts on Jennifer Jordan’s Everyday Glow and Marissa Vicario’s Where I Need To Be. And we’re on schedule tomorrow for another incredible and inspiring ’DREAM Big!’ feature.

What has happened: I left my “secure” day job (yikes!); reveled in my soul overflowing with gratitude through yoga and dance; hammered out the details for the first Young Female Entrepreneurs Los Angeles event; shot a series of shorts on green juice making & wellness with an adorable Bears Football-loving hostess; committed to a date for our wedding; and most importantly, re-affirmed the importance of taking care of me.

I’m facing fears or hesitations I have about launching head-on. I’ve been here before, but I’ve never felt this sure that THIS is the time. I’m giving myself every ounce of optimism and energy necessary to shape the life I want. And knowing, with confidence, that my gifts and talents will change lives.

Life moves too fast to live in fear and uncertainty. Living my mantra: “Life is Short. Live it WELL”. REALLY living it. Enjoy a sampling of my life in photos from the weekend (see a LOT more of what happened at Tadasana). I have been out LIVING. There are stories that need to be poured out and more waiting to unfold.

I want to know: What fears are you facing?
