Sweat once a day is the fitness mantra for my life! The benefits to movement are limitless and our bodies are meant to be in motion. I have been an AFAA-certified fitness instructor for 5 years and counting, in addition to specialty group fitness certifications. If you’re in Los Angeles, I can be found subbing at studios around town. I’m happy to point you in the direction of a workout to shake it up, sweat it out or studios that help you perfect your down dog!
