Dr. Daniel Amen’s newest release, Change Your Brain, Change Your Body offers the standard healthy living guidelines – eat well, move your body and get a full night of restorative sleep. The reading was more like a dissertation on his brain scan work and a little … eh… boring (especially for anyone not interested in the details on SPECT scans).
